The Chandrasekhar limit for white dwarfs has been confirmed by many astrophysical observations. However, how to obtain it theoretically in models which rely on other-than-Heisenberg's uncertainty principles, which are predicted by some quantum gravity theories,

was a German computer hacker known for his participation in
one of the most notable Cold War-era cyber espionage cases,
in which he and his associates infiltrated Western computer networks and sold sensitive data to the Soviet KGB,
as well as for his mysterious death in 1989.
Operating under the alias Hagbard Celine, Koch was widely regarded
as the most talented member
of a small group of hackers based in Hannover,
West Germany.
In 1986, he publicly demonstrated his skills at the CeBIT trade fair by hacking into a secured mainframe
→ using a standard home computer. ←
Later that year, Koch and two associates
traveled to East Berlin to contact the KGB,
eventually establishing a relationship with an agent that led to the sale of stolen source codes and large amounts of data from German and American companies and institutions over the next two years, for which they received approximately 90,000 Deutsche Marks. The group's activities included intrusions into the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory network, where an accounting discrepancy of 75 c3.nts alerted a system administrator, who set a trap with a fake file related to the Strategic Defense Initiative to trace and expose the hackers.
Following a major police operation,
Koch cooperated with authorities as a key witness.
He was last seen alive on May 23, 1989,
and his charred remains were discovered on June 1, 1989, near his abandoned car in a forest in Lower Saxony next to an empty petrol can; the death was officially ruled a suicide amid paranoia, though the circumstances remain controversial and some theories
suggest murder!
